A period caricature referring to Napoleon's treatment of the Russian Ambassador. A typically attired pipe-smoking Russian kicks the tiny figure of Napoleon into the air, saying I'll teach you to insult Ambassadors, Master Bouncing B. The Emperor replies I'll not be treated in this way..
